Thrifty Foods' Sendial Program has provided a valuable service to many customers for twenty years. Throughout that time, the service has grown tremendously as more people rely on the use of our team of committed volunteers to shop for groceries and arrange delivery when they aren't able to do so themselves. The volunteers and our store staff work together to support members in each community where we do business.

Get involved and become a Sendial Volunteer

As the Sendial program expands, with more people in our community relying on this service, we are always looking for volunteers. If you are interested in helping with this much needed service for our community, please stop by any of the Thrifty Foods locations and let us know that you'd like to join our Sendial Volunteer Team.

Do you know someone who would benefit from the services of our Sendial Program?

To enroll in the Sendial Program, or to get the enrolment process started for someone else, please download an application form [PDF - 202 KB] and the information documents [PDF - 208 KB]. Once you have completed the application form, fax it to (250) 483-1694.

As soon as your application form is received by Thrifty Foods, it will be sent to the closest location participating in the Sendial Program. Then, a Sendial volunteer will call you to provide information on how the program works and to set you up as a Sendial customer.
