My Shopping List

The Thrifty Foods Virtual Shopping List is an easy-to-use tool to help you create your shopping list. Simply click on the items in our flyer or in our Recipe collection, add in your own, and sort it by your closest Thrifty Foods location.

Make Your List

By registering as an online Thrifty Foods customer, your list will automatically be saved and retrieved on your next visit. To get started, create your profile.

Check it Twice

Finding items on your list just got even easier!

Once your shopping list is complete, choose your Thrifty Foods location from the menu. Your list will be displayed by aisle and department. Select the "print" button and you're ready to go!
