Ataulfo Mango
Widely considered in Asia to be the most popular variety of mango and gaining popularity in North America, the Ataulfo mango is generally small, flat and oblong. When ready to eat, the Ataulfo mango will be golden yellow and sweetest when it's skin is starting to wrinkle! It has a deliciously sweet flavour and it's flesh is noted for it's firm and "fiberless" texture.
