Island Bakery 

Located in Cobble Hill, Island Bakery has been in business since 1982 and currently employs 30 people. This family owned and operated business provides Thrifty Foods with a variety of fresh breads, including 4 varieties that are made with certified organic grains.

 

Michell Farms 

The Saanich Peninsula is home to this family owned and operated farm situated on 300 acres of beautiful rolling hills with amazing views. Thrifty Foods is proud to have been supplied leaf lettuces by Michell Farms for over 30 years and counting. Michell prides itself on growing over 30 different crops of both fruits and vegetables and monitors their fields for ways to reduce and/or eliminate the use of pesticides.
