Thrifty Foods' Sendial Program has provided a valuable service to many customers for twenty years. Throughout that time, the service has grown tremendously as more people rely on the use of our team of committed volunteers to shop for groceries and arrange delivery when they aren't able to do so themselves. The volunteers and our store staff work together to support members in each community where we do business.
Get involved and become a Sendial Volunteer
As the Sendial program expands, with more people in our community relying on this service, we are always looking for volunteers. If you are interested in helping with this much needed service for our community, please stop by any of the Thrifty Foods locations and let us know that you’d like to join our Sendial Volunteer Team.
Do you know someone who would benefit from the services of our Sendial Program?
In the Greater Victoria area: please refer to the schedule below and call Customer Service at (250) 544-1234 or 1-800-667-8280. One of our Customer Service Representatives will take the name, phone number, address, and preferred day to be called by a Sendial Volunteer. This information will then be forwarded to the Sendial Volunteers at the appropriate Thrifty Foods location.
Outside of Greater Victoria: please refer to the schedule below and call the store directly on the day(s) when Sendial Volunteers are available.
A Sendial Volunteer will provide information on how the program works and set up the new customer to start with our Sendial program. |
