Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the greens and toss to coat. Divide and mound the greens on 2 plates. Divide and top with the apple, raisins, pecans and celery, and serve.
Recipe Options: Instead of apple, use ripe pear in the salad. Instead of pecans, use walnuts or whole almonds. Instead of mixed salad greens, use baby spinach.
