Method

Place the oil, vinegar, orange juice, walnuts, honey and salt and pepper in a salad bowl. Mix well to combine. Add the baby greens and toss to coat with the dressing. Divide among 4 plates. Garnish the top with slices of the Asian pear; sprinkle with pomegranate seeds; and serve.
