Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; coat in flour, shaking off the excess. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Brown the chicken on both sides, then place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Pour in the stock. Surround the chicken with the artichokes and garlic. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of lemon. Cover and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
