Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place the oysters on a large baking sheet, using coarse salt to rest them on if desired. Place a spoonful of topping on each oyster, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until nicely browned and just heated through. Garnish each with a lemon wedges and parsley or chive sprig and serve immediately.
