Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place salmon on a non-stick or parchment paper lined baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Salmon can be served hot or cold. Top salmon with sauce or serve sauce alongside. Garnish with lemon slices, dill sprigs and cucumber slices.
