Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place first 5 ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Cook until jelly is melted and is well-combined with the other ingredients. Place salmon in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over glaze. Bake salmon 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Divide among plates and spoon over pan juices. Garnish with dill sprigs and orange slices.
Note: Salmon is high in protein and is a rich source of vitamin A, the B-group of vitamins, and omega-3 oils.
