Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place first 5 ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Cook until jelly is melted and is well-combined with the other ingredients. Place salmon in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over glaze. Bake salmon 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Divide among plates and spoon over pan juices. Garnish with dill sprigs and orange slices.

Note: Salmon is high in protein and is a rich source of vitamin A, the B-group of vitamins, and omega-3 oils.

Serving Suggestions

A mix of white or brown and wild rice would go nice with the fish. Ready to cook mixes combining these ingredients are available in the aisle rice is sold. Buttered green beans and baby carrots would also go great with the salmon.
