Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store in the fridge until the salmon is ready. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place salmon in a non-stick or parchment-lined baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil, orange juice and lime juice; season with salt and pepper. Bake 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Arrange salmon on plates. Top with a generous spoon of the salsa and serve.
