Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Place the salmon in a non-stick or parchmentlined baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; spoon over the fish. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through. Divide the salmon among four plates. Spoon the pan juices over top and serve.
