Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush roast with olive oil, and then rub all over with spice mixture. Roast 20 minutes, and then reduce heat to 325 degrees F. Cook to desired doneness. When done, transfer roast to a plate and rest 10 minutes to allow juices to set. While this occurs, drain any fat from the pan and then pour in water, stock and barbeque sauce and bring to a simmer. Thinly slice beef and pile on buns. Serve a bowl of sauce alongside each bun for dipping. Serve beef with a few of the salads available in our deli department.
