Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Shape the meat into 12 small, 1/2" thick patties and set on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Top each burger with a piece of cheese and bacon. Cook 2 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Top bottom buns with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, a burger and a dill pickle slice.
Set on the top buns and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the sliders with couple of tasty side dishes created from recipes in our website collection, such as Baking Potato Oven-fries, and Rainbow Coleslaw.

As an alternative to cheddar, top the burgers with another tangy cheese, such Swiss, Gouda or Asiago. If you like raw onion, finely chop some red onion and sprinkle it on the burgers before setting on the bacon. Instead of store-bought pickles, make your own by using this website collection recipe for Fresh Baby Dill Pickles.
