Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Shape the meat into 12 small, 1/2" thick patties and set on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Top each burger with a piece of cheese and bacon. Cook 2 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Top bottom buns with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, a burger and a dill pickle slice.
Set on the top buns and serve.
