Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium to large bowl. Add the avocado and gently toss to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve (can be made an hour or so before needed). When ready to serve, transfer salad to an attractive serving vessel and enjoy.
Note: Instead of just red, when available and if desired, make this salad with a mix of different coloured cherry tomatoes.
