Method

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wings, toss to coat, and then arrange on the baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through.
Place the honey in bowl. Add the hot wings and cilantro, toss to coat, arrange on a platter, and serve.
