Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set on the salmon. Drizzle and sprinkle with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Cover and bake 15 minutes, or until cooked. Cool salmon to room temperature. Arrange fish on a platter. Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Make pesto mayo by combining the 3/4 cup mayonnaise, pesto, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Make curry lime sauce by combining the 1/3 cup mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, honey and salt in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate sauces until ready to serve the fish.
