Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Mix in the sugar, corn syrup, and orange juice. Remove fom heat and then mix in cinnamon and cookie crumbs until well combined. Press mixture into a flat ball, wrap, and chill until firm, but still pliable enough to mould. Roll and press into 1-inch tall egg shapes. Roll in coating of choice, gently pressing it in. Expand the recipe if you have several kids who want to get in on the rolling.
