Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine crushed Corn Flakes, dill, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a sided dish. Brush halibut all over with the mayonnaise.

Set halibut in the Corn Flake mixture, turning to coat and gently pressing it on. Set halibut in a non-stick or parchment-lined baking dish. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
