Place an oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the flour and baking soda in a bowl and whisk to combine; stir in the chocolate chips and cranberries. In another bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until well combined and lightened. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Drop 2 Tbsp. amounts of the dough on the baking sheets, spacing them about 3 inches apart. Press pieces of dough into 1/2" thick discs. Bake the cookies, one sheet at a time, for 15 minutes, until light golden.
