Chill all ingredients in the fridge at least 4 hours, or overnight. Pour the mandarin and cranberry juices into a punch bowl; pour in the sparkling apple-cranberry juice just before serving. Garnish servings with a slice of mandarin orange and a sprig of mint, if desired.
Note: To keep the punch nice and cold, serve it in icefilled
glasses. Or, make a 2 to 3 inch tall ring of ice, decorated with whole cranberries, in a bundt cake pan. Just before serving the punch, unmould and set in the punch bowl; it will keep the punch well chilled. Sparkling apple-cranberry juice is available in the juice aisle.
