Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Beat in eggs, orange juice and vanilla. Sift
together flour and baking soda then mix into the butter/sugar mixture. Mix in cranberries and orange zest.
Drop 2 Tbsp. sized spoonfuls of dough on a non-stick or parchmentlined or baking sheet, spacing about 2-inches apart. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
