Method

Place the walnuts in a small skillet. Set over medium heat and lightly toast walnuts, about 3 to 4 minutes. Cool walnuts to room temperature.
Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano and spices in a bowl and beat until well combined and lightened. Mix in walnuts, feta and parsley. Transfer to a decorative bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions

If serving the spread with a mix of raw vegetables, choose a colourful selection. The possibilities include radishes, snap peas, cauliflower and broccoli florets, and sticks of bell pepper, English cucumber and carrot.
