Place the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Now mix in the tuna, artichokes and basil. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made several hours before needed.
Recipe Options: Instead of basil, try another fresh herb in the dip, such as oregano. Instead of regular versions of them, make the dip with low-fat versions of sour cream and mayonnaise.
