Method

  1. Make dip by combining its ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the two types of clusters in a food processor and pulse until ground, but still a little coarse in texture. Spread the mixture on a wide plate.
  4. Place the 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and toss to lightly coat each piece with mayonnaise. Coat each piece of chicken in the ground cluster mixture, gently pressing the crumbs on to help them adhere. Set the chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken 20 minutes, until cooked through. Serve the chicken with the dip.
