Method

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ground almonds in a shallow dish. Place the curry paste in a medium bowl. Add the wings and toss to thoroughly coat with the curry paste. Set a wing in the ground almonds, turn to coat and then set on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining wings. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through. When done, if you prefer a crispier, darker almond crust, broil the wings for a few minutes. Arrange the wings on a platter and garnish with the lime wedges.
