Method

Place the apples in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice. Cut the fennel bulb lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter, widthwise, into thin slices and place in the bowl with the apples. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the fennel and apples, toss to combine, and serve.
