Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Place the corn in the centre of a large piece of aluminium foil. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and brush over corn. Seal the corn inside the foil. Place the corn on another sheet of foil, folding it inside to create a doubly, protective package. Place on the barbecue, cover and cook, turning occasionally, 15-20 minutes. Carefully open the foil package and place corn on plates, spooning chipotle butter over top.
