Method

Combine juices in a jug; sweeten with honey to taste, if using. Cover and chill juice until needed. To serve, set 3 to 4 ice cubes into each of 6 tall glasses. Pour in the juice mixture, filling each glass three quarters full. Top up each glass with the sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig, orange slice and lime slice, and serve.
