Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Carefully lift up the skin and slide the garlic and sage underneath. Place the skin back in place. Top the chicken with the lemon, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
