Blend together the lemon juice, oil and herbs in a salad bowl. Gently toss in remaining ingredients, except lettuce and tortillas shells. Divide and place salad greens down the
centre of each tortilla. Arrange Greek salad on the lettuce. Fold one side of the tortilla partially over the
filling, and then roll up. If desired, serve the tzaziki sauce sold in our deli alongside the wraps for dipping.
