Combine the first 6 ingredients in a sided dish. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Marinate the chicken in the fridge, turning occasionally, 4 hours, or overnight. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Spoon the marinade over top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through. Baste occasionally with pan juices during cooking.
