Method

Toss pork with the next seven listed ingredients. Cover and marinate 4 hours in the fridge. Thread meat, green pepper, and red onion onto 4 long metal or wooden skewers. (If using wood skewers, soak them in cold water for several hours first to prevent them from burning). Season the kebabs with salt and then grill, turning occasionally, over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked. Kebabs go great with the tzatziki sauce and Greek salad sold in our deli department.
