Method

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the potatoes in a large roasting pan. Toss with all remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender and golden. During roasting, occasionally turn and baste the potatoes with pan juices.

Serving Suggestions

These potatoes make a great side dish for roast leg or rack of lamb, and for the kebabs sold in meat department. They would also go well with fish, try them with Orange & Olive Baked Salmon, or Snapper Fillets Baked with Feta Cheese, Olives and Cherry Tomatoes.
