Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Store in the fridge until needed. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Combine the teriyaki sauce and wasabi in a sided dish. Add the salmon and turn to coat. Combine the green tea and sesame seeds on a plate. Set on the salmon, flesh-side down, and coat the top of the fish with the green tea mixture. Place the salmon in the baking dish, crust side up. Drizzle with the remaining teriyaki sauce mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through. Serve the salmon with the sauce alongside for dipping.
