Place the first 12 ingredients in a salad bowl and toss to combine. Refrigerate salad until needed.
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Combine the 2 Tbsp. oil, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. chili powder in a medium bowl. And the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Grill the chicken 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve chicken with the salad.
