Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with curry and salt. Grill 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. While this occurs, cut the buns in half and spread with mayonnaise. Set lettuce on the bottom portion of the bun, and then set aside. When the chicken is cooked, top each breast with a two pieces of cheese and cook just until it begins to melt. Place chicken on the
