  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Brush the chicken with 1 Tbsp. of the oil; season with salt and pepper. Lightly oil the bars of the grill, and then grill the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set the chicken on a cutting board and cool a few minutes.
  3. Place the remaining oil, vinegar, orange juice, mustard and tarragon in a salad bowl and whisk to combine. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut each chicken breast into 6 or 7 slices. Add the salad greens and strawberries to the salad bowl and toss to combine. Divide the salad greens and strawberries among 4 plates. Set a sliced chicken breast on each plate. Top the salad with stilton nuggets and the walnuts and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this fine salad with slices of your favourite Sensations by Compliments bread, such as ciabatta, Bavarian rye or fougasse. You'll find these breads in our bakery department.

Instead of just strawberries, use a 1 1/2 cup mix of fresh berries on the salad, such as sliced strawberries and whole blueberries and raspberries. If you don't care for blue cheese such as Stilton, top the salad with a milder tasting cheese, such as goat or feta cheese.
