Combine the oil, cumin, paprika, and lime zest in small bowl; brush over the pork. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Grill the chops for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Divide the chops among plates. Spoon an equal amount of the rum-spiked mangoes over each chop and serve.
