Place glaze ingredients in a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Heat barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Lightly oil the grill surface, unless non-stick, and grill pork chops 3-4 minutes per side. Once this is done, brush pork chops on one side with 1/2 the glaze.
Cook 1 minute and turn. Brush other side with glaze and cook 1 minute more, or until cooked through.
