Place the hoisin sauce, mango, soy sauce, green onions and lime juice in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, and then set aside. Preheat the barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high heat. Brush pork chops with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill 3-4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Turn off the heat, and then brush both sides of the pork chops with glaze. Let the pork chops sit on the barbecue a few minutes to allow glaze to heat through. Serve any remaining glaze alongside the pork for dipping.
