Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the pork with oil, then season with thyme, salt and pepper. Grill 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, place the lettuce on one side of 4 dinner plates. Top with nectarines, cherries, pecans and goat cheese. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the pork among the plates. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
