Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken, turn to coat, cover and marinate in the fridge 1 hour. Preheat barbecue or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the cooking surface. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Note: Tandoori paste is available in the Asian food aisle.

Serving Suggestions

To make a meal out of this Indian-style dish serve it with steamed jasmine rice, yogurt, chutney, pappadums, and cucumber and onion slices. To make an interesting sandwich or burger, ‘sandwich’ these chicken breasts in pita bread or a burger bun and top with mayonnaise or yogurt, shredded lettuce, sliced red onions, sliced cucumbers and chutney.
