your barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high. Let steaks warm at room temperature while the barbecue heats up.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Lightly oil the bars of your grill. Grill the steaks to the desired doneness, allowing 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare to medium rare, and 3 to 4 minutes for medium. Plate the steaks and serve with the red pepper mixture.
