Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Puree the roasted peppers, tomato sauce, water, garlic, cayenne and chopped basil in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer on the stovetop. Brush turkey with 1 Tbsp of the oil; season with salt and pepper. Coat green beans and yellow pepper with remaining oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill turkey 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. When you flip them, put the vegetables on the grill and cook 1 minute per side. Season sauce with salt and pepper, then pour a pool of it on 4 dinner plates. Top the sauce with green beans and yellow pepper. Top the vegetables with turkey cutlets. Garnish with basil and serve.
