Method

Place the tomato sauce, honey, orange juice and zest, vinegar and fennel seeds in a small pot. Cover and gently simmer on medium-low heat 20 minutes, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush veal with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness. Serve chops on a pool of sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.

Serving Suggestions

A steamed, bright green vegetable such as asparagus, snap peas or broccoli will nicely compliment the orangey/red colour of the sauce. Rice or pasta will nicely soak it up.
