Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the salmon in a single layer in a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking dish. Combine the honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and chili flakes in a small bowl; spoon the mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle the top of the salmon with the sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Set the salmon on plates and spoon the pan juices over each. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
