Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Split the quarters of focaccia bread in half and spread the cut sides with the goat cheese. Top the bottom halves of the bread with the organic greens and then set on the chicken. Top the chicken with the Roasted Pepper Relish
