Preheat barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, lemon zest and paprika on a sided plate. Set in pork cutlets and turn to coat. Lightly oil the grill and cook the cutlets 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. While the pork cooks, grill the bell pepper rings until nicely coloured and cooked
firm/tender. Sandwich the pork and pepper rings s in the kaiser buns; add lettuce if desired. Serve pasta sauce in small bowl alongside the bunwiches for dipping.
